By accessing and using Clippr ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clippr is a video editing platform that allows users to create, edit, and export video clips. The Service includes features such as video trimming, AI-powered subtitles, and various export formats for social media platforms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 5 clips per month with limited features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited clips with advanced features
• Business Plan: Team features and API access

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your content on the Service
• Use your content to provide and improve our services
• Create backups of your content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the rights to use and share such content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without proper authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clippr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Retention

Free plan users' content may be automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity. Pro and Business plan users' content is retained according to their subscription terms. We reserve the right to delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
